$200 - Isuzu 4BD1T & 4BD2T manual flywheel. This is the flywheel that bolts to the isuzu engine crankshaft so you can bolt the IDS kit to it. If you are having trouble finding one in your area we can help. 

We also sell and install Bauman Transmission Controllers, they are a well proven controller for Ford and GM transmissions from daily drivers to drag racing and professional road racing. 

$550 -transmission controller. GM or Ford transmission controller with complete wiring harness 

Remember: Swapping engines or transmissions require tools, lifts and  hazardous type material. The individual doing the conversion should be knowledgeable about cars, engines and have a working knowledge of diesel power. Safety is a primary concern when working with heavy equipment. A successful conversion will give years of enjoyment and a professional mechanic may be required in some situations.
